1. Acceptance of Terms

TechPath Cyprus provides educational courses and training programs in the field of information technology. Our services include but are not limited to:

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Enrollment

By enrolling in a course, you agree to pay all applicable fees and follow the course guidelines and requirements. Enrollment is subject to availability and may require meeting certain prerequisites.

4.2 Payment

All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full or according to the installment plan selected during enrollment. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your payment information.

4.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility varies by course and is outlined in the specific course enrollment agreement. Generally, refunds may be available within 7 days of enrollment if no course materials have been accessed. After this period, or once course materials have been accessed, refunds are at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

The content provided through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and course materials, is the property of TechPath Cyprus or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our services and content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include the right to:

Modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or perform our content
Remove any proprietary notices or labels on our content
Use our content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
Transfer the content or your rights to use it to another person

5.3 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our services or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechPath Cyprus, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
Any content obtained from our services
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TechPath Cyprus, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cyprus for the resolution of any disputes.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provision shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TechPath Cyprus regarding our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning our services.
